Funk, soul comes to Indy amphitheater

Rhythm & Business delivered the funk and soul to a fairly large opening act crowd on Friday. The Salem-based band opened for Taken by the Sky, the Fleetwood Mac tribute band. R&B and TBS were part of the River’s Edge Summer Series in Independence. The series continues Friday with Hysteria, a Def Leppard tribute band, taking the stage. Their opening act, Groove Syndicate, covers dance hits from the 1990’s and 2000’s. Admission is $5 per person, good for both shows. Concerts are at 6 p.m. and 8 p.m.
